How to find your Google review link
Google gives every Business Profile a short link that opens the review box directly. It is not where most people look for it, and it is not in the phone apps. Here is exactly where it is.
Four clicks, on a computer
- On a computer, sign in to Google with the account that manages your Business Profile.
- Go to business.google.com and click See your profile next to your business. Your “Your business on Google” panel opens at the top of Google Search.
- Click Ask for reviews. If your business has no reviews yet, it may say Get your first reviews instead. If it already has some, click Read reviews, then Get more reviews.
- A box opens. Copy the link under Review link.
It looks like g.page/r/…/review. The same box has a QR code you can save by right-clicking it.
Why you cannot find it on your phone
Google's own instructions for the review link are for a computer browser, and its help page says the review QR code can only be made there. If you have been searching the Maps app for it and not finding it, that is why. You only need a computer once — after that, the link is yours to share from anywhere.
The link people copy by mistake
Sharing your business from Google Maps gives you a listing link (it usually starts with maps.app.goo.gl). It opens your business page, not the review box, so a customer still has to scroll and find “Write a review”. The review link skips that step.
What to do with it
Send it on WhatsApp, put it in an email signature, or print it as a QR code. Just send it to every customer the same way — sending it only to the happy ones is review gating, which Google does not allow.
