Blunt answers
- What happens after I sign up?
- You land on your dashboard with one thing left to do: paste your Google review link. Your shop name and language are already set, because you gave them on the signup form. The link comes from your Google Business Profile and is the only thing you have to fetch yourself. Then print your cards. Nobody calls you, then or later.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days, and we do not ask for a card to start. After that it is ₹499 a month, and cancelling takes one click on the billing screen.
- Is there an annual discount?
- No. One price, one term. We would rather you could leave at the end of any month than be held to a year.
- Can you get a bad review removed?
- No. A review can be removed by the person who wrote it, or by Google if it breaks Google's policy. Nobody else can, and we have no access to your reviews at all — they live on Google.
- Can I stop unhappy customers from seeing the link?
- No. That is review gating. Google's policy forbids it in so many words, and it is the specific thing we built this product to not do.
- I have more than one branch. What then?
- One subscription covers one shop, with unlimited counters and staff inside it. Several branches under one owner is a conversation rather than a published price — email us and we will give you a straight answer in writing, before you pay anything.
- What happens to my cards if I cancel?
- They keep working, with less on them. Once the paid period ends the QR stops showing the draft and sends your customer straight to your Google review page instead, so a card glued to a counter never becomes a dead end. What you lose is the draft and the scan counts. Resubscribe and the same printed cards do the full job again.
- Do you take a cut of anything?
- No. ₹499 is the whole commercial relationship.
